Looked at the complicated project. Which was to take the lower level of a home (580 sqft.) turn it into a completely separate living quarters. Full kitchen, full bath, living room area and sleeping area. He studied for a few minutes taking measurements and pictures. That same evening he presented his vision and price, we accepted. The next day he was on the job, approximately 2 months we had a beautifully completed tiny home. This young man is meticulous, has great work ethic does beautiful work.
